Submit a Workshop Proposal

  • Availability of space is dependent on the exhibition schedule

  • We will work with you on scheduling and promotion but we can’t guarantee filled spots.

  • We ask that you charge a minimum of $20 per person if the event is not free (we have found this is the magic number that gets folks to show up)

  • Facilitators keep 80% of ticket sales, 20% goes to Ori for set-up/breakdown, materials, and administrative labor

  • We allot 5 free spots for low-income community in every workshop that charges a fee

  • Workshops should be designed for 20-25 people.

  • We have a projector/audio setup; you should bring your own laptop and any VGA adaptors.

  • We provide basic supplies (pens, paper, markers, easel pads etc) & light snacks.

  • We will work with facilitators to provide any accessibility needs for participants (ASL interpreters, CART services, etc.)
