A collaboration between local queer/trans creatives of color--Glory Tarot (leo ariel) and Pink Princess Philodendron (Grace Piper), combines a tarot message with a bespoke potted plant and crystal set.

At this event you can find potted plants paired with a crystal that are matched to different astrology signs and planets. These are created with a guided astrology reading to help charge that part of your natal chart. In addition, you will get a tarot card pull (~10 minutes) from leo ariel, detailing either your relationship with this plant, or a card reading specific to you.

About the artists:

leo ariel / Glory Tarot
Glory Tarot was founded by leo ariel, a trans nonbinary Caribbean bruja, originally from the Atlantic. 
I offer tarot readings and limpiezas (body & spirit cleansing). My clairvoyant and healing services focus on providing guidance to un/known issues. Too often, we see healing services or mediums that adhere to rigid binaries. My interpretations come from a trauma informed, queer, Latinx, anticapitalist, non eurocentric perspective. Much of our struggles and hardships come from oppressive hegemonic systems/energies. My work aims to heal the affects of these energies, all while uplifting and empowering those who are most marginalized in our communities.

Pink Princess Philodendron is a smol online plant shop rooted in astrology created by Grace, a local queer pal of color with big feelings for plants, coffee, and the vulnerability in routines, in care, and in the things that make us feel home and seen. 
My work involves my research around astrology and plants, and the crystals I bring into my home. I hand select pots and plants in relationship to a particular sign or planet. Then I bring in crystals to help charge and motivate that energy (every plant needs a rock friend!) My goal is to help encourage your plant to grow and to bring special energy to you and your home. This is a process I love, I love to spend time with plants and rocks, cleaning them and caring for them. I have been researching astrology for years and am excited to share the intersection of all these gifts with you.
