Artist Statement: I knew when I started my sex work career I wanted to do it my way without being upheld to weird mainstream industry standards.
This scene was my first of many with CrashPadSeries; they let you select your scene partner, everyone on set is queer / trans / non-binary and you leave with a sense of delight and ease. Akira and I were randomly matched even though I had chosen her out of a list of potential scene partners. So to my surprise when she said yes, I was stoked! People had asked if we had met before due to the chemistry. We had not, just a light meeting the day before to chat and understand what we wanted out of the scene.
I learned a lot after this - what to expect between on set and off set, how to engage with fellow performers (understanding we’re not all automatically friends after) how I wanted to move forward in selecting scene partners ensuring the same level of chemistry matched that first scene in any environment and many more.
Essentially this was the start of my porn career (having been doing sex work as a dancer and model since 2009) - and I am so happy you get to witness it! 15 going on 16 years later I am still doing what I love.
