Bio: Molly Ace is a queer sex worker and kink photographer born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania and currently living in Portland Oregon.
Artist Statement: Through her lens, the elements of BDSM, dominance, submission, and queer joy are woven into the fabric of everyday spaces. These bright, open settings become a canvas for connection, vulnerability, and power exchange. Molly’s playful spirit, combined with her deep love for kink and gay culture, elevates the divine subjects, showing that these themes can be as much about joy, liberation, and strength as they are about edge.
By capturing these moments in brightly lit, natural environments, she seeks to deconstruct the narrative around kink, illustrating that it can be as radiant and freeing as the light she works with. The use of this light serves as a metaphor for openness, showing that these intimate, often private worlds deserve to be celebrated in full view, without shame or secrecy.
