In this 3-day workshop, you will learn how to make your own custom-printed hard cover book from start to finish.

In this 3-day workshop, you will:

• design and carve your own block print

• print your own personal pattern on book cloth

• sew a text block

• create a hard cover case binding

This workshop takes place over the following three days, allowing time between the bookbinding stages for ink and glue to dry, etc.

• August 15, 2026 at 2-5pm

• August 16, 2026 at 2-5pm

• August 19, 2026 at 4:30-5:30pm

You will take home your own custom ~5"x6.5" book full of blank pages for you to fill and amazing new skills in printmaking and bookbinding. So, come with some design ideas for small graphics to print on your book cloth and be prepared to make magic! 🪄
