Bio: Chloe was a stripper in San Francisco from 1998-2004 and went on to dance in Paris, New Orleans, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Asheville, NC. Look for her returning to the stage in Portland soon! 

Artist Statement: San Francisco used to seem incredibly debaucherous- was that because it’s where I first discovered my love for sex work, or because it truly used to be a place that visibly encouraged decadence and exploration? Walking around North Beach before dancing one day in 1999 I decided to document some of the places that shaped who I was becoming, and a visit back years later unfortunately confirmed that these beckoning emblems of hedonism have disappeared from view.
